Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Feasibility Study and Detailed Project Report for Higher Education Management Information System. The minimum criteria for shortlisting shall include but not limited to the following; 1. Consulting firm must be registered with PRAZ in terms of section 4 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations S.I. 5 of 2018. 2. Consultant should determine whether the Ministry and Higher and Tertiary Education institutions are technically ready for the implementation of the Integrated Management Information System. 3. Determine technical feasibility of the solution/system. 4. Determine project financial feasibility and business case. 5. Provide detailed analysis of the current state of affairs and a path to realization of the desired outcomes by ministry and its stakeholders. 6. Provide Report to steering committee on findings. Tenders are obtainable upon payment fee of RTGS$10.00/-(Non-Refundable) at the Accounts Revenue Section, 5th floor, Block G, during normal working hours i.e. Monday to Friday (0745hrs-1645 hrs).
