Description:
· Allocate and establish new portfolios, including the placement of new assets with reference to the TIMB investment policy. · Perform security selection and make appropriate investment decisions. · Assist in developing investment strategies, providing management with advice, information, and recommendations. · Receive investment funds on behalf of TIMB, which may include, but are not limited to, contributions, interest payments, dividends, asset realizations, and lump sum payments to TIMB. · Acquire, hold, and dispose of assets for the benefit of TIMB. · Collect and manage dividends, rights, interest, and similar items related to assets held for TIMB. · Handle legal matters related to the administration of TIMB-s assets, including attending meetings and exercising voting rights on TIMB-s behalf. · Safeguard and manage scrip on behalf of TIMB, either in custody or by arranging for a custodian. Maintain an up-to-date register of all scrip, available to TIMB upon request. · Ensure appropriate documentation is sent to the custodian as needed. · Maintain comprehensive accounts and records, providing monthly portfolio statements within three working days after TIMB-s monthly closing dates. In addition to the monthly reports, provide quarterly reports that include fund position, activity, performance evaluation, market overview, outlook, and investment strategy.
