Expression of Interest are invited for Extension of Zimbabwe Capital Budget Program Project to Develop Better Systems for Public Investment Management (PIM). Language of Notice English Selection Notice Assignment Country · ZW - Zimbabwe Funding Sources The World Bank Group intends to finance the assignment/services under: · BB - BANK BUDGET · TF0A8005 - Capital Budgets: State Owned Enterprises Reform Individual/Firm The consultant will be a firm. Assignment Description To ensure institutionalization and sustainability and to unlock the maximum benefits of the intervention, there remain some key actions that need to be undertaken continuously in next phase. The proposed PIM activities for period from December till June 2020 follow the progress made to date and the achievement of the Capital Budget Program TA Project. (It is also anticipated that the World Bank is to provide support for Zimbabwe to implement the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) to mitigate and adapt to the impact of climate change. When the funding is made available, the selected consultant for these TORs will be considered for conducting the further work on climate change PIM, subject to their successful delivery of this consultancy.) Qualification Criteria · 1. Provide information showing that they are qualified in the field of the assignment. · 2. Provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm. · 3. Provide information on their core business and years in business. · 4. Provide information on the qualifications of key staff.
