Tenders are invited for Great Hall and Library Area Paving PRE-TENDER SITE MEETING: 31 May 2019 AT 10:00 HOURS Details on the tender are obtainable upon purchase of bidding documents from Hillside Teachers College, 21 Cecil Avenue, Hillside Bulawayo from the PMU Office upon payment of non-refundable fee of RTGS$ 10.00. The tender fee must be deposited into: Account Name: Hillside Teachers College Account Number: 01 222564630011 Bank: CBZ Branch: 8th Avenue, BULAWAYO The bidding documents are sold between 1000 hours and 1600 hours from Monday to Friday. The bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Accounting Officer and clearly marked on the outside with the Tender number, Tender description, closing date and closing time. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Current Tax Clearance Certificate 2. Company Profile with at least 3 traceable reference letters from reputable organisations 3. CRM 4. CR6 5. Certificate of incorporation 6. Copy of the tender document purchase receipt/ bank slip 7. Proof of current registration with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe 8. Bids must reach HillsideTeachers College on or before the 21st June 2019 at 1000hours either by hand delivery, post or courier services and be deposited in tht tender box in the Records department. 9. For boiler repairs, bidders must be currently registered with NSSA and PWD 10. For paving, bidders must be currently registered with NSSA,PWD and ZBCA/CIFOZ 11. For extinguishers, bidders must be currently registered with PWD and BYO Fire Brigade
