Description:
Quotation are invited for Hire of One (1) Tonne Pick up Trucks for Rusape/Murambinda Depot. Hire of One (1) tonne truck at Rusape Loss Control for a period of 3 months Hire of One (1) Tonne truck at Rusape Murambinda Depot for a period of 3 months Hire of 1 x (7) tonne truck at Rusape Murambinda Depot for a period of 3 months Hire of One (1) tonne pick-up truck at Rusape Murambinda Depot for a period of 3 months SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Vehicle to be used for ferrying of ZETDC carrying transformers ,employees, ladders; tools and equipment attending to faults and line maintenance and any other works. 2. Owner driven/owner-s appointed driver and dry rate charge - ZETDC to supply fuel DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (SHALL BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER WITH THE QUOTATION: 1. Copy of Current Tax Clearance Certificate ITF263 2. Proof of Registration with PRAZ or a proof of registration in the form of the Government Gazette or 3. Certified letter from PRAZ accompanied with a certified receipt from PRAZ.( In the relevant category) 4. Certified copy of valid certificate of roadworthiness 5. Certified copy of vehicle registration Book 6. Certified copy of a valid vehicle insurance cover 7. Certified copy of a clean Class 4 driver-s licence 8. Certified valid Defensive Driving Certificate.
