Minimum number of Cranes 6, one from (a) below, three from (b) and two from (c), With one from (b) being an auger. 3. Vehicle configuration 4. Gantry for carrying concrete poles 10mm with centre arches. 5. Outriggers Hydraulic adjustable 6. Vehicle Insurance Comprehensive 7. Goods in Transit Insurance of US $ 50 000.00 8. Vehicle Certificate of Fitness 9. Operator’s License from Ministry of Transport 10. Registration Books 11. Driver’s license with valid defensive driving certificate and 3years experience 12. Valid night vision certificate for driver. 13. Valid Certificate of Service for the Plant from a recognized hydraulics service dealer. 14. Valid Certificate of Inspection of the Plant from an official agent and the Standard used 15. Certificate of competency for the plant operator from an official agent. 16. Vehicle to be fitted with a tracking system with parent boom sensor. 17. Rate – State hourly rate.
