- Tenders are invited for Hospital Main Sewer Line Tenders must be enclosed in sealed khaki envelopes, addressed to The Chairman. Procurement Management Unit and endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, description, closing date and must be posted in time to be sorted into Post Office Box Number 57. Beitbridge or deposited into the Tender Box at Beitbridge District Hospital Reception. Beitbridge before 10:00 am on the closing date. RFPs for the above listed tenders are obtainable upon payment of a non- refundable fee of $10.00 for each set of bidding documents from the Accounts Office. Beitbridge District Hospital from 0900hrs to 1530hrs There shall be a mandatory site visit at Beitbridge District Hospital on (7 August 2019) at 10.00 hrs for the above listed tenders. Bidders who do not attend the site visit will be disqualified.
