IDSR Consultants The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, a non-profit organization, is the world leader in the fight to eliminate pediatric AIDS. Our mission is to prevent pediatric HIV infection and to eliminate pediatric AIDS through research, advocacy, and prevention and treatment programs. For more information, please visit http://www.pedaids.org Conducts a desk review of relevant literature, guidelines and program documents including the assessment of current IDSR and NCD integration practice Conduct stakeholder mapping exercises with different organizations and implementing partners · Identification of gaps in existing programming at project sites · Consultation with stakeholders to identify opportunities for integration · Develop protocols and reporting tools for integration of IDSR and NCDs, including linkage with event-based and community surveillance within the Primary Health Care (PHC) settings. · Actively engages with key and relevant stakeholders at all stages of the assignment · Participates in co-creation meetings with EGPAF SMT on the implementation of the assignment · Implementation modalities of strategies identified · Developing a monitoring and evaluation framework In addition, the consultant would be responsible for developing an accompanying toolkit that staff at project sites can use for integrating IDSR and NCDs into their work.
