• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Importation and Distribution of Gas. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION • Land : - Must have an Industrial stand size of a minimum of l.SOOsqm - Fire bngade land approval report for LPG wholesaling. • Owned Industrial stand (provide proof of ownership/ title deeds) or leased Industrial stand (provide a lease with a minimum tenure of 5 years) • Financial capacity: Must have the ability to secure a bank guarantee or have proof of capital in the form of a bank statement Minimum requirement of USD30,000. • Industry knowledge, Must possess good knowledge of the oil industry. • Human resources management. Must have the ability to manage, motivate and resource teams. Have a minimum of 2 employees (provide proof of employment contracts). • Compliance: Demonstrate good corporate governance. Must have a good track record in settling statutory and legal obligations such as licencing and tax (provide a valid VAT clearance certificate) Company registration documentation- Certificate of Incorporation, CR6 (former CR14), CR5 (former CR6 form), Company profile, Memorandum and Articles of Association. • IT Literacy Ability to operate reports such as sales, stock movements, income statements. • Financial Management Knowledge and ability to manage the financial facets of the business.
