Tenders must be in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the tender number and description. Closing date of tenders is 19 September 2017 at lOOOhrs. Site visit is compulsory on 12 September 2017 at 10OOhrs. Bidders are free to witness the opening of tenders.
