- Expression of Interest are invited for Institutional Support for State Enterprises Reform (ISSER) Project The objective of this Performance Review shall include undertaking a detailed assessment of NSSA governance and technical operating systems, processes and procedures in order to determine the possible quantified and time framed interventions by Government (in terms of governance, systems, capitalisation, etc) to improve on the Authority-s performance in order for it to deliver on its mandate, vision and objectives in the most economic, efficient and effective way. The assignment is expected to be executed within four (4) months in three (3) phases within a six-month period The Government of Zimbabwe through the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion now invites eligible Consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Procurement Policy. Interested consultants may obtain further information including Terms of References at the address below during office hours 0800hrs to 1630hrs. Expressions of interest must be delivered to the below address by the 05 March 2024 at 10:00hrs and mention ‘Consultancy Services to carry out a performance review of the National Social Security Authority (NSSA) and development of turn around strategies.-
