VAT Certificate / Declaration of VAT registration status 3. Proof of Registration with PRAZ in the relevant category. 4. State payment terms. 5. State delivery period. 6. State quotation validity period. NB ZETDC STANDARD PAYMENT PERIOD IS 30 DAYS. DELIVERY PERIOD SHOULD BE AT MOST 5 DAYS AND MUST BE CLEARLY STATED QUOTATION SHOULD BE VALID FOR A PERIOD FOR OF 30 DAYS AND MUST BE CLEARLY STATED.
