  Amendments to ITB 1:
  Pre-Bid Meeting will be done as follows:
  Tuesday, 19th July 2016. 1000hrs 1100hrs, UNDP Block # 11 Arundel Office Park, Mount Pleasant, Harare. The UNDP focal points for this arrangement are: Mr. Roy Eusen Mr. Sifiso Moyo E-Mails roy.eusen@undp.org; sifiso.moyo@undp.org Important: Any prospective bidders who wish to participate in the pre-bid meeting shall notify the above indicated focal points, with a MINIMUM 24 hour notice. The notification shall also include the name of the appointed representative/s who will be attending the meeting. Each prospective bidder may be represented by a maximum of 2 representatives. Each representative must carry and produce a national identification card / ID.
  PROCUREMENT NOTICE
  The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) would like to solicit bids from qualified entities for the Supply and Delivery of the following financed through a grant from The Global Fund, To Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM);
  Invitation To Bid (ITB) Reference Number: ITB-ZIM-GF-043-2016 Reefer Trucks.
  
  The programme is implemented by UNDP Zimbabwe Office in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Child Care in Zimbabwe.
