- Gokwe Town Council (GTC) is taking significant steps in harmonising industrial relations within entity. Changes in the human capital policies are unavoidable and must be carefully managed to avoid incongruence between desired outcomes and the available structures to acheive those outcomes. To this end Gokwe TC intends to conduct a Job Evaluation Exercise using the Castellion Job Evaluation Exercise using the Castellion Job Evaluation System. The rationale being to determine the value of a Job in relation to other jobs within council.
