- Lease of Quarry Sites TENDERS are hereby invited from registered, reputable and well established companies registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) to lease Council quarry sites. Tenders/ Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and clearly endorsed on the outside with the advertised Tender number QSL/KK01/2020 and the description and must be deposited in the tender box located at the Civic Centre, by 12 midday, on Friday. 9 October 2020. A mandatory Site visit will be on Tuesday 29 September 2020 at 1000 hrs. The City of Kwekwe reserves the right to acoept or reject any bid and annul the process without incurring liability to the affected bidders. Documents for tenders are obtainable from the Procurement Management Unit. Civic Centre. Kwekwe upon payment of ZWLS250.00. Bids will be opened in the Council Committee room on Friday, 9 October. 2020 at 12 noon and bidders are free to attend and witness the opening of tenders.
