Scope of Work The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) wishes to engage a consultant to provide legal opinion on the following: Advise on how to deal with positions which were on the old structure and have been abolished following approval of a new structure. (details of the positions will be availed to the successful consultant). Advise on the criteria for abolition of office and whether one qualifies if they apply for some positions but fail to get them. Provide advise on how to deal with positions which have been graded lower than what they were before. Provide model compensation for loss of employment. Provide step by step procedure to be followed pursuant to approval of new structure. Mandatory Requirements PRAZ Registration Valid Tax clearance Documents establishing organisation/Company Registration Documents At least 10 years- experience in labour law Two signed and stamped reference letters in carrying out similar assignment Evaluation Criteria Evaluation Criteria Marks Price (US$ payable in ZWG at prevailing bank rate) 100% Total 100% Application Procedure Interested parties should submit proposals in USD payable in ZWG at the prevailing bank rate.
