- Quotation are invited for Manufacture Clinker Grinder Shear Pins as Per Supplied Drawing, Material Mild Steel or EN 9 qty: 300 Your Offer should Clearly Indicate the Following: 1. State Validity of your offer from closing date (minimum accepted bid validity is 30 days) 2. Bidders must provide lead time/delivery period from receipt of official order expressed in weeks. Bidders must attach proof of Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe registration in the form of Government Gazette- Tools and hardware (Goods category G/T/002) (OR ANY RELAVANT CATEGORY). If bidders do not attach proof - ZPC will use available Government Gazettes to verify registration. 3. Suppliers must attach VAT Certificate if registered. Suppliers not registered for VAT Should not charge VAT on their Quotations. 4. Attach Tax Clearance
