- Tenders are invited for Manufacturing, Supply and Delivery of Staff Uniforms. You arc also required to pay the administration fee of ZWS16.000.00 for Domestic Bidders payable by bidders for bids subject to prior review by the Special Procurement Oversight Committee (SPOC) in terms of section 54 of the Act and as set out in Part IV of the Fifth Schedule to the Regulations. The above stated fees shall be paid directly to the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe and bidders are required to enclose the proof of payment of the Administration fee together with their bids.
