Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Medical equipment pharmaceuticals and other consumables. All applicants should submit two hardcopies in a sealed envelope and endorsed on the outside with the category of interest and should not exceed three categories. A non- refundable fee of USD $100.00 or ZWL equivalent on submission of applications. All applications should be submitted by Tuesday 16 January 2024 at 12:00pm This Invitation is Extended to All Existing Suppliers/Manufacturers/Service Providers of Goods and Services including Those Currently Supplying Zimbabwe Red Cross. Interested Bidders are Required to Provide Their Application with the Foltowing Information: I.Certified Copy of cr14 (Showing D Irectorship) II. Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation. III. Certified Copy of Current Vat Registration Certificate And or IV. Certified Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate V. At Least Three Traceable Trade References.
