Tenders are invited for Movement of Beverages and Raw Materials as Well as Other Inputs from Various Locations to Countrywide Destinations Delta Beverages Transporter. Applications arc invited from registered commercial transporters for the movement of beverages and raw materials as well as other inputs from various locations to countrywide destinations. The major beverages, raw materials and/or inputs to be moved include but are not restricted to Lager beers, Soft drinks, Chibuku. coal, maize, sorghum, barley, malt and containers. Transporters will be evaluated based on the following information; • Company profile. • C.R.14. • Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation. ? Certified copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate. • Certified copy of VAT Registration Certificate ? Physical and postal addresses plus contact telephone numbers. • Certified copy of Operators licence • Number of trucks. ? Truck configuration i.e. 6x2; 6x4; 4x2. • Number of trailers. • Rigid trucks. • Trailer configuration i e Super link, triaxle. containerized trailers. • Carrying capacity per trailer (tonnage). • Working hours and Fleet tracking systems • Geographical spread of workshop wtes and fueling arrangements. • Demonstration of Supplier`s capabilities (Bank reference). • At least US$35,000 Goods in Transit Insurance - converted to the local currency at the prevailing interbank exchange rate. • An indication of rate per km charged. Trading terms and conditions. • Demonstrated experience and expertise supported by at least 3 customer references.
