- The purpose of this consultancy is to develop a practical, evidence-based and context-specific Health-Promoting Campuses Framework for Zimbabwe's HTEIs, for use by MoHTEISTD to guide and support institutions to plan, implement, monitor and progressively strengthen health-promoting campus approaches.The framework should be grounded in the realities of Zimbabwe's HTEI landscape; aligned with relevant international and African HPC principles without replicating them wholesale; actionable across different institution types and levels of readiness; inclusive of the needs of marginalised student groups; and positioned for formal endorsement by MoHTEISTD and relevant national bodies.
