Description : Tender description:The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) intends to pre-qualify suppliers and/or firms for the design development for public infrastructure systems such as:roads, bridges, MV electrical distribution systems, water reticulation systems, irrigation systems hydrological monitoring stations, meteorological monitoring stations andwastewater management systems in the Cyclone Idai affected Districts of Chipinge and Chimanimani, Zimbabwe. At this time exact quantities are as yet undefined, but areinitially considered to consist of:• 3 Number road bridges of 75m in length;• 37km of road rehabilitation;• 177km of MV electrical distribution systems rehabilitation;• 1 Number major irrigation supply line; • Water and sanitation systems rehabilitation for the towns of Chipinge andChimanimani;• 12 Number - river water level monitoring stations,• 5 Number - meteorological monitoring stations;-----IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
