Quotation are invited for Printing of 2018 Calendars. Dear Sir / Madam, The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), an International Organisation based in Harare, is hereby inviting you to submit your quotation for the ‘Printing of the 2018 ACBF Calendars’ in accordance with the scope of services detailed in Appendix I. In preparing your quotation, please refer to the attached terms and conditions. Your quotation should be submitted not later than 09 November 2017– 13h00 local Harare time. ATTENTION: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST ‘PRINTING OF 2018 ACBF CALENDARS, ACBF/RFQ/066/17/NRF’ All quotations should be submitted by email to Tender@acbf-pact.org and must be limited to a maximum of 10.0 MB, virus-free and no more than one (1) email transmission. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation reaches the indicated communication address, physical or email, on or before the deadline. Quotations received by ACBF after the submission deadline will be disregarded and returned unopened to the Bidder.
