Description : a) Accommodation - Single Room Accommodation on Bed and Breakfast Basis for 90 participants for 4 nights: check in 27 January 2020; check out 31 January 2020 in Nyanga, Zimbabwe. b) Dinner (to include one soft drink or juice) for 90 participants on the 27th and 30th of January 2020 only.c) Half Day Conference package afternoon with lunch for 90 participants for 0.5 days (27th of January 2020 )d) Full Day - Full day conference package for 90 participants for 3 days (28th to 30th January 2020)Conference package to include:• Venue Hire (must safely and comfortably accommodate 95 people)• Conference set up (with cordials and mints);• Projector and Projector Screen;• Morning Teas with sandwiches at 10am• Buffet lunch including 1 soft drink/juice• Afternoon Teas with pastries at 3pm;• Bottled Water (three per person per day);• Wi-Fi Connectivity;• Air Conditioning;• Stationery (including flip charts, flip chart stand, pen, paper, markers).e) Cocktail - Snacks and Refreshments for 90 participants x 1 day ( ( Activity date TBA )
