- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Clinker Grinder Teeth Segments At Hwange Power Station. The definitions used in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter22:23] ("the Act"), the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations (Statutory Instrument No. 5 of 2018) ("the Regulations") and the General Conditions of Contract for the Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services apply to this Standard Bidding Document. The Act and the Regulations govern the submission of Bids and should be read by all Bidders.
