• Tenders are Invited for Procurement ITC Equipment A bid security of USD1,200.00 in the following form; a certified Bank Cheque or a Bank Guaranjcc or a refundable cash deposit to the PRAZ. If option 3 is chosen bidders must also submit proof of payment to PRAZ of non-rcfundablccish bid bond establishment fee of USDS 150.00 in line witfl Part V of the Procurement Regulations (S.I.119 of2020) References to the Act to the Public procurcment and Disposal of Public Assets Act and references to the Regulations are to he Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations (Statutory Instrument No.5 of 2018). The terms and requirements in the Act and Regulations govern the submission of Bids and should be read by all Bidders.
