- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply, Fix and Installation of Timber and Gypsum Plaster Ceilings for the Innovation Hub 6.4 mm "Rhinoboard" ceilings on 38 x 38 mm brandering at 400 mm centres both ways, to underside of trusses at maximum 1200 mm centres with joints scrimmed to receive plaster ( elsewhere measured, walkway) Clarification of the bidding document may be requested in writing by any Bidder before 11 May 2021 and should be sent to The Procurement Manager, Bindura University of Science Education, 741 Chimurenga Road, Bindura and/or tenders@buse.ac.zw, to the attention of Mrs Chinatsira Validity of Bids The minimum period for which the Bidder-s bid must remain valid is 60 Days from the deadline for the submission of bids. Submission of Bids Bids must be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope to the address below, no later than the date and time of the deadline. It is the Bidder-s responsibility to ensure that they receive a receipt confirming submission of their bid that has correct details of the Bidder and the number of the Bid. Bid Security The Bidder must include either: A bid security of ZWL$5 000.00 in the following form; Option 1. A certified Bank Cheque Option 2.
