Description:
Tenders are invited for Proposed Contact Centre Refurbishment Works 1. Local bidders must be registered companies contributing to NSSA Pension Schemes and must be paid-up. 2. All bidders must attach a Certificate of Incorporation and CR14. Local bidders must submit proof of registration with ZIMRA and the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ). 3. Tender documents for Tender Numbers NSSA 12/2019 and NSSA 19/2019 must be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $80 (RTGS), while tender documents for Tender Number NSSA 20/2019 bidders shall be required to pay $10 (RTGS) from NSSA Supply Chain Office, 7th Floor, Office No 13, NSSA House, Corner Sam Nujoma Street/Selous Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe. 4. Bid documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes, endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, tender description, closing date & time and must be hand delivered to The Supply Chain Office, National Social Security Authority, NSSA House. Corner Sam Nujoma Street/ Selous Avenue, 7th Floor, Oflice No 13, to reach us on or before date and time of closure. Compulsory Site Meeting A Compulsory Site Visit will be Held on the 11 Th of June 2019 at Social Security Centre (Ssc) Building, 1 St Floor. South Wing. Unit 1a, Corners. Nujoma/J. Nyerere Way, Harare at 11.00 Am. A Site Visit Register must be Signed as Proof of Attendance.
