- Tenders are invited for Providing Security Services Notice for inviting Expression of Interest from companies providing Security Services Embassy of India proposes to engage a security company for one year effective from 1st October 2019 to 30 September 2019 for providing 4 security Guards (24 hrs x7days) and 1 security Guard (8AM to 5 PM-Monday to Friday) for guarding five Government of India's properties in Harare, Zimbabwe. The security companies/agencies are requested to submit their bids in two parts (a) Technical bid and (b) Financial bid in separate closed envelopes. Tender document can be accessed from or collected from the Embassy. The bids are to be addressed to Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Harare. Duly filled in bids (Technical & Financial) may be submitted to Second Secretary (HOC), Embassy of India Harare. Last date of submission of bid is 17 June 2019.
