- Tenders are invited for Provision of Coal Transportation Services Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, hand delivered and placed in a marked bid box in the Internal Audit Office during working hours, but before 1000hrs on the closing date of the tender. Bid Security The Bidder must include either: A bid security of US$50.00 (or ZWL$ @ prevailing interbank rate on the date of payment) in form of A bank Guarantee in the name of the hospital. A cash deposit to the Authority (PRAZ). If option 2 is chosen bidders must pay US$50.00 for the bid security that shall be refundable at the end of the bidding period plus another US$150.00 (or ZWL$ @ prevailing interbank rate on the date of payment) that shall be non-refundable for cash bid bond establishment fee in line with part IV of the Procurement Regulations (S.1.5 of 2018).
