Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Conducting a Background Research/Environmental Scan to Inform the Refining of the Long-Term Strategic Vision and the Development the Strategic Plan 2023-2027 Expertise Required of the Consultant · Proven operation as a think tank / research institute · Proven experience of conducting prospective research · Proven knowledge of the capacity development sector in Africa; and · Knowledge of ACBF and its operations 8. Application process Interested applicants who meet the above requirements are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) comprising the following elements: (i) Cover letter and updated profile of the consultant that clearly spells out qualifications and experience in relation to this assignment (ii) Technical proposal for the implementation of the assignment detailing: methodology, workplan, timeframe and a table of content of the strategic plan to be developed Submission of Expression of interest Interested consultants are invited to submit their cover letter and CVs electronically on email address ProcurementUnit@acbf-pact.org Please quote “Background Research for ACBF-s 10-year Vision and 2023-2027 Strategic Plan - REOI No.: ACBF/REOI/006/NRF” in the subject line.
