- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Energy Efficiency Programme Design under the Energy Sector Reform Support Project (Esrsp). The Consultancy Services Areexpected to be Executed for a Duration of Twelve (12) Calendar Months. The objective of this assignment is to design an Energy Efficiency (EE) programme for the public sector (including hospitals, schools, public buildings, municipalities, street lighting and other public faciliies), which is a major energy consumer that can significantly contribute to achieving the country targets on GHG emission reduction. 3. The Consultant's core duties will ncludebut not limited to: Determining energy consumption in selected public institutions and determining the current level of consumption and potential saving s through an energy aud it, Coming up with intervention strategies that could be employed to realise the potential savings, Determining the level of financing needed to roll out the energy efficiency intervention measures, Reviewing and recommending appropriate institutional arrangements for implementation, Reviewing and updating the Energy Efficiency Policy taking into consideration the study findings, and Dissem nation and capacity building in the form of a workshop during which the consultant will trail stakeholders with a key role in noting out the designed program.
