Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Tariff Review Methodology, under the Energy Sector Reform Support project (ESRSP). The consultancy services are expected to be executed for a duration of twelve (12 ) calendar months. The objective of the tariff methodology review is to align information requirements and the procedures for calculation of the appropriate tariff level to enable a licensee to recover the full and efficient costs of their business activities, including a reasonable return, to provide incentives for the continued improvement of the technical and economic efficiency with which the services are provided, to protect consumers while keeping them informed about the cost their consumption imposes on the licensee-s business and to phase out or substantially reduce cross subsidies.
