Description Qty Unit Amount Fix And Supply Properly remove damaged roofing tiles to affected sections of the roof including damaged timber, brandering and fascia board 10 sqm Properly remove damaged fascia board Supply and install new timber brandering, 38mm x 38mm x 6000mm 4 No Supply and install new pine fascia board, 32mm x 228mm x 6.0m 1 No Supply and install new Zimtile roofing tiles 10 sqm Attend to roof flashing and make it good using approved roof sealant, 28m long 28 m Clear gutters and down pipes to allow uninterrupted flow. 50 m Clean and properly dispose of all rubbish off site in an authorized dumping place. 1 Item
