Description:
Tenders are invited for provision of customer satisfaction survey for hotspeck enterprises. TENDER DOCUMENTS The tender Bidding Documents (BD)are obtainable from the Procurement Administrator, REA Head Office Office, 722 7* Floor Megawatt House, Corner Samora Machel Avenue/Leopold Takawira Street, Harare/P Bag 250A Harare, Zimbabwe upon payment of a non-refundable of ZWDS3.000.00 per tender. BID SUBMISSION Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, the description and closing date. The bids shall be dropped in the tender box located at REF Head Office, Number 44 Megawatt House, Samora Machel Avenue, 7th Floor, Harare by the closing date and time personally or by post. Tenders whose description is for supply of goods or services to Hotspeck Enterprises shall be dropped in the tender box located at 106 Jotali Bulding Hebert Chitepo Street, Mutare by the closing date and time. Upon bid submission, it is the bidder's responsibility to obtain a bid submission receipt as proof of bid acceptance in terms of the Law. Bidders are free to witness the opening of the tenders on the closing date and time. MANDATORYSITE VISIT Bidders interested in the tender for the Construction of brick perimeter wall(durawall) at REF Gwanda Office stand must attend a compulsory site visit to be held at the Gwanda site(Matebeleland South Province) on 31 August 2022. Time 1100Hrs. Bidders in attendance must obtain site visit certificates as proof of attendance without fail. Bidders interested in the tender for panel beating of an accident damaged vehicle must attend a compulsory visit and inspect the damaged vehicle on 02 September 2022, Time 1100Hrs at REF Head Office, Megawatt House, 7th Floor, 44 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare. Bidders in attendance must obtain site visit certificates as proof of attendance without fail.
