Description:
Provide Directors with in-depth training on strategies and techniques for effective team building and collaboration. Have comprehensive training materials tailored to board dynamics and team effectiveness. Provide ways and means to develop synergy among board members and with senior management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in team building, organizational development, or related fields.Proposed fee structure excluding accommodation and meals from the check-in to check-out dates as this shall be catered for by TIMB. Proven track record of conducting training sessions for senior executives and board members with traceable references. In-depth knowledge of best practices in team dynamics and board governance Strong communication and facilitation skills. A CV highlighting relevant academic qualifications. Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities faced by the board in enhancing effectiveness.
