Provide Directors with an in-depth training on key principles of strategic governance and effective leadership. Have comprehensive training materials tailored to the needs of board members in strategic governance and leadership roles. A minimum of 5 years of experience in, strategic leadership, or related fields. Proposed fee structure excluding accommodation and meals from the check-in to check-out dates as this shall be catered for by TIMB Proven track record of conducting training sessions for senior executives and board members on governance and leadership topics with traceable references In-depth knowledge of best practices in stakeholder engagement, and decision-making.
