- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Lead Architectural Consultancy Services for the Construction of Staff Quarters/Offices in Chimanimani and a Chrome Hub in Gweru-Mmcz eoi05/2021 Scope of Work The appointed Architectural firm shall be expected to put together a team of specialist service providers for the complete development of preliminary and final designs, construction drawings, preparation of tender documents and construction supervision The lead Architectural firm shall also be required to put together a team of competent and professional ,registered technical consultants in the following disciplines i Civil structural Engineers ii Electrical Engineers iii. Mechanical Engineers iv. Quantity Surveyors When responding to this Expression of interest, potential Consulting firms must submit three copies of expression of interest in sealed envelopes clearly marked with description and the tender number. The Expression of Interest documents must be deposited in the tender box at MMCZ Offices 90 Mutare Road, Msasa 1000 hours on 22 October 2021. Late expressions of interest will be rejected.
