Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Legal Services Minimum Criteria for Short-Listing shall Include, but not Limited to the following: 1. The Legal Firm must be O Registered Entity and Registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimba Owe (Praz), Company Profile, Vat Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate. 2. Key Professional Staff Qualifications. 3. Track Record and Demonstrable Experience in Conducting Similar Assignments. 4. A Minimum of Three (3) Reference Letters from Traceable Organizations must be Submitted. The method of selection will be Quality and Cost Based Selection. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, published on 01 January 2018, which is available on the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) website of: http://www.praz. gov.zw Late applications shall not be considered and no liability shall be accepted for loss or lote delivery. The University of Zimbabwe shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by firms in connection with the preparation or delivery of the application. Interested firms may obtain further information at the address below during office hours (08.00hours to 16.30hrs). Proposals (Original+2 copies) must be in English, enclosed in sealed envelope, clearly marked Expression of Interest for Provision of Legal Services and must be delivered to the below address by 13 June 2019 before 1000 hours.
