• PROVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS SERVICES TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAM ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE 1. INTRODUCTION This Terms of Reference (TOR) outlines the objectives, scope, and implementation framework for a Mental Health Awareness Program focusing on Work-Life Balance. The initiative aims to promote mental well-being among employees by educating them on effective strategies to balance professional and personal responsibilities. 2. OBJECTIVES The primary objectives of this program are: To raise awareness about mental health and its impact on work performance and personal well-being. To educate employees on practical work-life balance strategies. To reduce workplace stress and improve overall job satisfaction. To foster a supportive and healthy work environment. 3. SCOPE OF WORK The program will cover the following key areas: Understanding mental health and common workplace stressors. Strategies for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Time management and productivity enhancement techniques. The role of employers in promoting mental well-being. Available mental health support systems and resources. 5. TARGET AUDIENCE All employees across various levels of the organization. 7. DURATION & TIMELINE The program will be conducted over 6 days with sessions scheduled to accommodate different work shifts and stations.
