  • Expression of Interest for the Provision of Omni Channel Digital Banking Solution. financial,commercialand relevant experienceto perform the services. The prequalification criteria includes the following: (1) The service provider must be registered with the Procurement RegulatoryAuthority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) in terms of section 4 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Regulations, 2018 (Statutory Instrument 5 of 2018). ) Attach key professional staff qualifications and competencies for the team leader and any other consultants who will be assigned to carry out the tasks and responsibilities in relation to the provision of the Omni Channel Digital Solution. (3) Banking industry track record and demonstrable experience of the firm in conducting similar assignments of the same scope. Documentary evidence giving a description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, to be provided. A minimum of 3 (three) reference letters from traceable organisations must be submitted. (4) Bidders or service providers MUST be in a position to make a presentation / demonstration (power-point / video or any other form) of the proposed solution as part of the prequalification and final bid evaluation. Scope of Services include but not limited to the following: An Omni-channel Digital Banking Solution thatisturnkey, scalable and supports the following; 1. Internet Banking Solution. 2. Mobile Banking, USSD Banking, QR/Scan and Pay, WhatsApp Banking Mobile App Solution. 3. Smart Alerts. 4. Corporate Banking. 5. Merchant Services and E-commerce Acquiring. 6. Agency Banking. 7. Standard Transactions. 8. Settlements. 9. E-commerce plug ins for Collections and Payments. 10. Reports and Back Office Management. 11. Bank controlled self-service mechanisms. In consideration of the above the solution provider is expected to: Propose to supply, install and configure an Omni Channel Digital Banking Solution thatiscompliant withinternationally accepted best practices. Provide for integration and interface of the system with other internal systems e.g. Postilion and the Core Banking system. Provide a system that is Euro MasterCard and Visa compliant. Provide technical training on the configuration, system support and integration. Indicate the preferable (if any) operating environment that the system is compatible with. Provide user training on the functions of the solution provided. The following documents should be submitted in support of the information provided: detailed company profile, detailed curriculum vita accompanied by certified educational certificates, proof of registration with PRAZ, company registration documents and trade reference letters. Prequalified service providers will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals. Firms or service providers may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub- consultancy to enhance their qualifications. A bidder will be selected in accordance with the procedures specified in Part VIII of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23] and Part VI of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations, 2018 (Statutory Instrument 5 of 2018). Prequalified firms or service providers will be invited to submit their proposals on a separate document based on the Request for Proposals. The firm submitting the successful proposal will be engaged on the contractual terms set out in that document and in the General Conditions of Contract governing Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23]. Copies of the Act and regulations and the standard documentation are available on the website of the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe. Late applications shall not be considered and no liability shall be accepted for loss or late delivery. People\'s Own Savings Bank shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by firms in connection with preparation or delivery of the application. Interested firms may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 0800 hours to 1630 hours. Proposals (Original + two copies) must be in English, enclosed in sealed envelope, clearly marked.
