Description:
Tenders are Invited for Provision of Security Services to the African Capacity Building Foundation. The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) has set aside funds for the operation of the Secretariat during the financial year 2016/17. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the framework contract for the Provision of Security Services to the ACBF. 1. The ACBF now invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable Security Companies for the Provision of Security services to the ACBF. These security services include, but are not limited to the following: i. Security information/advisories ii. Continuous (24/7) Security guards deployment for ACBF offices and staff iii. Rapid response /alarm unit iv. Guard Monitoring Units (GMU) Capability - complimentary v. Maintain and upgrade access control system and features vi. Installation and monitoring of CCTV features vii. Call service center on a twenty-four (24) hour, three hundred, sixty-five (365) day residences per year basis accessible by means of a toll free telephone number 2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the ACBF Procurement section of the Administrative Manual, 2011 and are open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Manual. 3.
