• Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Support Services for Microsoft Dynamic NAV 2019 R2 (RTC), Windows 2012 R2 Infrastructure, SQL Server 2012 R2 with SQL Reporting Services and Internet Information Services. The National Pharmaceutical Company (NatPharm) is a commercial company under the Ministry of Health and Child Care(MoHCC) which is involved in procurement, storage and distribution of medicines and medical supplies. Project Scope NatPharm looking for a consultant who can offer support service for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 (RTC), windows 2012 r2 Infrastructure, SQL server 2012 r2 with SQL reporting services and internet information services NatPharm is therefore calling for Expression of Interest from eligible suppliers who can offer the aforementioned support service. Eligibility Criteria; o Must be an approved Microsoft Partner in Microsoft Dynamics NAV o Ability of the Vendor to Support Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 (RTC), Microsoft SQL server 2012 R2 with SQL reporting Services and Active Directory on Windows 2012 Server R2 by having appropriately technically qualified and certified personnel. o Ability of the Vendor to support web services and web portals that integrates with the current Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 system. o Reference checks and site visits on institutions currently serviced by the bidder o Knowledge of having developed and supported a Supply Chain System would be an added advantage. o Knowledge of the company having deployed Microsoft Dynamics NAV Warehouse Management module is a requirement o Knowledge of Supply Chain and Distribution Management as implemented in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a requirement o Experience in deploying of NAV upgrades o To ensure the ongoing concern status the bidder must have existed as a Microsoft Dynamics partner for at least three years o Knowledge to work with various high level customizations is also essential Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposal which shall be evaluated. The Expression of Interest shall close on 7 June 2019 at 1000hours. Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted to: The Procurement Management Unit-National Pharmaceutical Company, 14 Lobengula Road, Southerton Harare. The Expression of Interest must be enclosed in scaled envelopes clearly marked "Expression of Interest for the support services of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 (RTC), windows 2012 r2 Infrastructure, SQL server 2012 r2." before 1000hours on the closing date, whether by hand or by post will be treated as late EOI and therefore will not be accepted.
