- Tenders are invited for Refurbishment of 4 Community Halls. CLOSING DATE: 30 September 2021 AT 1000 HRS Tender forms can be obtained through request by an e-mail to pmu@citybyo.co.zw/ bccpmu@gmail.com as from Monday 6 September 2021. Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside with the tender number and description must be deposited in the TENDER box at the municipality-s Town Clerk-s Department, Office Number 126, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenue, or through P O Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date. No faxed, e-mailed or late bids will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid Tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with all the requirements.
