- Tenders are invited for Refurbishment Works - Stand Number 45 Tilbury Road, Willowvale, Harare Deposit Details: US$100.00/- (Non Refundable) Closing Date: 03 September 2018 at 15:00 (Local Time) Site Inspection: There shall be a compulsory site visit meeting on 16 August 2018 at 10:00 at Stand Number 45 Tilury Roiad, Willowvale, Harare . Only companies that attend the compulsory site visit shall be accepted to participate in the bidding process. Restriction: Minimum qualification information to be included in the quotations: a) Prices: All quotations should quote for all the items being requested. Unit prices and total prices for each item must be quoted separately and distinctly; b) Evidence of valid legal status Bidders shall submit a copy of certificate incorporation, CR6 and CR14; d) Evidence of experience in similar assignment relevant to the assignment relevant to the assignment; e) VAT Registration documents: Provide valid VAT Registration Documents; f) Proof of registration with procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe ("PRAZ"); g) Suppliers Address: Name of suppliers, physical address, contact telephone number, postal address and email must be provided; h) Validity of the quotation: Quotation: Quotations should remain valid for 120 Calendar Days from deadline date of submission of quotation; i) Warranty period: Original manufactured warranty and operation manual required.
