Description:
Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Upgrade of the Water Treatment Works and the High Lift Pumping Station and Pumping Mains at Victoria Falls Complete sets of bidding documents for each of the tenders may be obtained from our Town Office’s Revenue Hall at Cnr Livingstone and Parkway during office hours (0800 to 1600) as from 15 November 2019 upon payment of a non-refundable deposit fee of RTGS$1,300.00. A compulsory pre-bid site visit for all the projects will be held on 22 November 2019 starting at 0900hrs (Local time). All interested bidders are requested to assemble at the Boardroom of Victoria Falls Municipality at Corner Livingstone Way and Parkway Drive, Victoria Falls. Complete bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Procurement reference number and procurement description must be deposited in the TENDER box at the Municipality’s Reception, Cnr. Livingstone Way and Parkway Drive, Victoria Falls on or before 1000hrs (Local time) of the due date where they will be opened publicly in the presence of those bidders who choose to attend.
