Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultants, Contractors, Development and Financing Partners for IDBZ Renewable Energy Projects. A. Solar Projects B. Mini-Hydro Projects C. Gas & Thermal Notice is hereby given in terms of the Section 15(2) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations (S. I. 5 of 2018) that the following Firms and companies have been approved by the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (Ref PRAZ/C/79) to be enrolled on the IDBZ Standing List as Consultants, Contractors, Development and Financing Partners for the IDBZ Renewable Energy Projects. The Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (“IDBZ/the Bank”) now calls upon potential bidders to apply for enrolment on the standing list in terms of section 15(8)(c)(2) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations (S. I. 5 of 2018) until 31 December 2020. The IDBZ shall evaluate the potential bidders for qualifications for enrolment within two (2) months from after the potential bidder has applied for enrolment on the standing list. b) The evaluation criteria will include among other things the following: Indicate category i.e. Solar, Mini-hydro, Gas & Geothermal etc. Indicate Field of Practice i.e. Consultant, Contractor, Developer, EPC, Financier, EPC + F Proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) for year 2020 Valid tax clearance certificate VAT registration documents . Certificate of Incorporation CR14 (for Zimbabwean Firms) CR6 (for Zimbabwean Firms) Detailed company profile . Similar assignments undertaken in the past ten years . Qualifications of key personnel Summary of experience for key personnel List of corporate customers served who will provide references
