OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT ACBF organizes public events on regular basis to help build sustainable human and institutional capacity for good governance and development management in Africa. This includes among others conducting workshops, seminars, summits, launches, forums and conferences. These events are an important component of knowledge generation and sharing programs devoted to sharing insights, intuitions, concepts, tools, techniques, ideas, practices, new applications, skills, experiences and major research findings that could contribute knowledge in capacity building and development in Africa. The events constitute strategic platforms for networking via fruitful exchanges of ideas, knowledge, relevant experiences and successful practices that form the basis of an extensive research and capacity development. Such platforms attract stakeholders from all over Africa and beyond who use different languages and interpretation is therefore required. It is against this background that ACBF seek the services of a qualified company to hire interpretation equipment for its various events under a Framework Agreement modality SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT ACBF wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of interpretation and translation equipment and is seeking the services of one qualified company to provide simultaneous Interpretation equipment and services.
