  • Tenders are invited for Repair of Chairs and Desks. Site Visit Date: 12/03/2020 Site Visit Time: 12:00hrs 1. Tender documents are obtained from Office 13 upon payment of RTGS $175.00/- 2. Tender Documents will be sold from 9 March 2020 until the closing dates specified above. 3. Bidders must adhere to the site visit times as stipulated above, bids of tenderers who do not come for site visit will not be considered. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain hard copy and electronic bidding documents from Bulawayo Polytechnic Procurement Management Unit in the Administration Block Office No 13 5. The provisions in the Instructions to bidders and in the General Conditions of the Contract Contained in the bidding documents comply with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23]. It is imperative that prospective bidders must be registered in the relevant Procurement Regulatory Authority (PRAZ) category they are bidding for. 6. No faxed, e-mailed or late tenders will be considered. Bulawayo Polytechnic is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. 7. The tender number should be clearly specified on the left hand corner of a sealed khaki envelope. 8. The sealed envelopes must be addressed to: THE PRINCIPAL Attn: PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT UNIT BULAWAYO POLYTECHNIC P О BOX 1392 BULAWAYO 9. The tender documents must be dropped in the tender boxes marked accordingly in Office No 7 Main Administration Block on or before 1300 hours on the specified closing dates.
