NB: QOUTE THE PRICES IN USD, PAYABLE IN ZWG AT PREVAILING BANK RATE PAYMENT WILL BE AFTER DELIVERY. TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY IS 3 TO 7 DAYS PRICES WITHIN NATIONAL STANDARD PRICE LIST TO BE USED FOR EVALUATION. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT (INCREASE) THAN THE ONE QOUTED ONLY BIDDERS THAT ARE ABLE TO DELIVER SHOULD QOUTE. THERE SHALL BE A PENALTY FEE OF 15% OF CONTRACT VALUE FOR THOSE WHO QOUTE AND FAIL TO DELIVER. PROVIDE BOTH ZIG AND USD BANKING DETAILS BOQ AND PRICE BID PRICESSHOULD BE THE SAME
